Kim earned a Master of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture and Chinese herbology) and was certified in Tui Na Oriental Bodywork therapy by the International Instititue of Chinese Medicine in August of 2001. She is nationally certified in Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Tui Na and Chinese Herbology.

She is currently enrolled in classes for advanced mental and respiratory diseases.
